For anyone looking for an unusual and often surprisingly effective writing prompt, this came from a book of writing exercises I owned years back and it has been time-tested in numerous workshops since.

Beheld a diabolical show by Steven Wilson at the Keswick Theatre last night, touring for “The Raven that Refused to Sing”. Spectacularly mixed, razor sharp timing, bass that took possession of your body. It was progrock bliss.
